The whole world is vulnerable to coronavirus. Citizens of the country are also contributing significantly to the fight against this virus by following the lockdown. However, due to the lockdown, people’s dependence on smartphones has increased significantly. To keep up with loved ones, most smartphone users are making more and more video calls. At such a time, the experience of those users who have an Bharti Airtel connection is the best. This claim has been made in the latest report of Open Signal. The Open Signal Report is an independent global report analyzing the consumer’s mobile experience.
Open Signal report is giving the best experience in terms of video, it means that Bharti Airtel users are getting the best experience of watching videos. Videos on Airtel’s connection are running faster than other companies. Not only this, but Bharti Airtel users also are not facing any hindrance or buffering while watching the video.
The operator maintained its lead with a score of 58.9 points — an improvement of 5.9 points in the last six months that upgraded Airtel’s rating from Fair (40-55) to Good (55-65). In the second place, with a score of 56.5 points, Vodafone also joined Airtel in the Good rating category. We recorded the highest increase on its network, as the operator boosted its score by 8.3 points to close the gap on the market leader. This means that users on both these networks now experience faster video load times and fewer interruptions during playback while streaming videos on their smartphones using mobile data services.
On the other hand, talk about some major network providers, they have been placed in the Fair category in the Open Signal report. It has been said in the report that users of other companies are facing problems while watching high-quality video content.
According to the report, Bharti Airtel has fallen heavily on others in terms of the best video experience. In the report, Airtel has been promoted in the category of Fair (40-55) to Good (55-65). The report of Open Signal says that this is the biggest jump by any telecom operator.
Voice Call Experience
In voice calls too, Bharti Airtel further said that Open Signal is the best in this category. With 75.5 points, Airtel is offering better voice experience than other companies. The report claimed that Airtel users have no complaints about the quality of voice calls.
Other major network providers in this category have been placed in the Poor rating. This means that the users of these companies are not happy with the service of voice calls. These users have constantly faced some problems during the voice call.
The idea, Jio, and Vodafone remained in the Poor rating bracket with scores of 74.4, 73.6, and 73.2 points, respectively. This means that our users’ Voice App Experience on these networks will be marred by frequent distortion, clicking sounds, or silence experienced during the call. However, we recorded a significant improvement among users on BSNL’s network: the operator increased its score by more than 10% and elevated its rating from Very Poor (60-66) to Poor (66-74).

Bharti Airtel still has a slight lead in Download Speed Experience with speeds averaging 10.1 Mbps, but if this trend in download speed growth continues, Airtel will soon be challenged by one of its rivals for this metric.
