Infinix has confirmed that its GT 50 Pro gaming smartphone will launch in India on October 27, 2026. The company has highlighted its HydroFlow liquid cooling system, gaming-focused design and dedicated controls ahead of the launch, while India pricing and the complete local specifications remain undisclosed.

Infinix GT 50 Pro India Launch Date Confirmed

The Infinix GT 50 Pro will make its India debut on October 27, joining the company’s GT series of gaming-focused smartphones. Infinix has also confirmed Flipkart as the phone’s exclusive online sales platform.

The handset will be offered in Black Abyss and Red Blaze colour options. Its design follows a Cyber Mecha theme inspired by supercars, with a textured rear panel and visible cooling elements intended to give the device a distinct gaming identity.

The launch is an India debut rather than a global unveiling. The GT 50 Pro was introduced in select international markets earlier in 2026, but the Indian launch should establish the local price, configuration and availability details.

HydroFlow Liquid Cooling Is the Main Highlight

One of the key features teased by Infinix is its HydroFlow liquid cooling system. Part of the cooling arrangement is visible through a dedicated window in the rear panel, allowing the phone’s internal cooling design to form part of its exterior appearance.

The system is designed to manage heat during demanding tasks such as extended gaming sessions. Effective thermal management can help a smartphone sustain performance for longer by controlling heat build-up, although real-world results depend on the processor, game, ambient temperature and cooling implementation.

Infinix has not yet provided detailed India-specific temperature measurements or independent performance results showing how much the system improves sustained gaming performance. Those details will be important when assessing the practical benefit beyond the visual design.

    Gaming Controls and RGB Lighting

The GT 50 Pro also features GT Trigger 2.0, a pair of pressure-sensitive shoulder controls designed to give players additional input options. Depending on the game and configuration, these controls can be mapped to actions such as aiming and firing, reducing reliance on touchscreen controls for certain tasks.

The phone includes Mechanical Lighting Waves, a rear RGB lighting system arranged in the brand’s GT crosshair pattern. The lighting can respond to activities such as calls, music playback and gaming, with customisable effects and colours.

Together, the triggers, lighting and visible cooling system position the GT 50 Pro as a device aimed at gamers who want dedicated gaming features rather than a conventional smartphone with a high-refresh-rate screen alone.

India Price and Specifications Still Awaited

Infinix has not announced the GT 50 Pro’s India price or confirmed the complete India-specific specification sheet. The global model offers a reference point, but its hardware and configuration should not automatically be treated as confirmed for the Indian variant.

The global phone includes a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset and a 6,500mAh battery. It also features a 50MP main rear camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera and support for wired and wireless charging. These are global-model specifications; buyers should wait for Infinix to confirm which details apply to the India version.

Pricing will be especially important because the GT 50 Pro’s value will depend on how its processor, cooling system, gaming controls and battery compare with competing phones available in India. The company is expected to disclose more information around the launch.

What to Expect on October 27

The launch should clarify three key details for prospective buyers: the India price, the available RAM and storage configurations, and whether the Indian model retains the global variant’s full hardware and charging features.

For gaming users, the most relevant questions will be whether HydroFlow cooling delivers sustained performance under extended loads, how useful the shoulder triggers are across supported games, and how the phone balances performance with battery life and heat management.

Until Infinix announces the remaining details, the GT 50 Pro is best viewed as an upcoming gaming smartphone with a confirmed India launch date and several teased gaming features. Its final value proposition will become clearer once the company reveals the price and complete local specifications.
