    Nokia G21 Smartphone Launched in India: Price, Specification

    Nokia G21 smartphone has been launched in India. This phone has been launched at an initial price of 12,999. Notably, Unisoc T606 processor has been given 90Hz refresh rate and 5050mAh battery.

    Nokia on Tuesday launched its new G series smartphone Nokia G21 in India. This phone gets a triple rear camera setup as well as a waterdrop-style display notch design. The phone claims to offer three days of battery life on a single charge. Having said this, the new Nokia G21 will compete with Redmi Note 11, Realme 9i and Samsung Galaxy M32.

    In India, the price of 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant of Nokia G21 has been kept at Rs 12,999 and 6GB RAM + 128GB model at Rs 14,999. This smartphone comes in Dusk and Nordic Blue color options. Customers can buy this phone on the Nokia.com site, select retail stores and major e-commerce sites. Customers buying the Nokia G21 can also avail the Triple Zero Finance offer from Bajaj Finserv. Having said this, HMD Global has also launched Nokia 105 (2022) and Nokia 105 Plus feature phones, Nokia Comfort Earbuds and Go Earbuds + Truly Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds in India along with the Nokia G21.

    The Nokia G21 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display with 20:9 aspect ratio, 80Hz touch sampling rate, 90Hz refresh rate and 400nits peak brightness. The phone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T606 processor, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage. It can be expanded up to 512GB via microSD card. The Nokia G21 packs a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It also has an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor for selfie and video chat.

    Apart from this, there is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor in the Nokia G21. This phone comes with OZO Spatial Audio Capture support and includes two microphones. The smartphone also packs a 5,050mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. At the same time, the dimensions of the phone are 164.6×75.9mm, thickness is 8.5mm and weight is 190 grams.

    Connectivity options on the smartphone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, FM radio, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light, and a proximity sensor. The phone also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

    The smartphone comes with OZO Spatial Audio capture support and includes two microphones. The phone packs a 5,050mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, though the bundled charger supports 10W output.
