Schedule Voice Chat in Telegram
As the name suggests, In this feature, users will be able to schedule messages according to date and time. Meaning it will be easy for someone to wish for a birthday. Meaning if the message of Worth Wish someone can be scheduled today at 12 noon on 30th April. In this way, the message sent on your behalf will be automatically scheduled at 12 noon on April 30. For this, the Android user has to click on 3 dots. By clicking on the option of start voice chat, you will get the option of schedule voice chat.
Profile Photo
In this feature, users can edit or change their profile photo and bio. There will be no need to back up the chat screen. This feature is called Mini Profile.
Telegram Web App
Two new fully featured web apps have been launched in its Web version. Both these new web apps support features like dark mode, animated stickers, and chat folders. This new web app can be used on any device or desktop.
Payment
Telegram introduced a payment 2.0 wherein merchants can create bots to send invoices to customers. Customers can then make payments by clicking on the Pay button that will come with the invoice through their credit cards, debit cards, or Google Pay. The company notes that it does not collect payment information and takes no commission.
Group Video Calling in Telegram
It has recently come to light that the messaging app will soon be adding a new Group video calls feature to the app along with additional support for web-based videoconferencing.
The announcement was made by Founder Pavel Durov via a text message posted on his official Telegram channel, reported TechCrunch. As per the report, Durov announced “we will be adding a video dimension to our voice chats in May, making the messaging app a powerful platform for group video calls.”
He further added, “Screen sharing, encryption, noise-canceling, desktop and tablet support — everything you can expect from a modern video conferencing tool, but with Telegram-level UI, speed and encryption. Stay tuned!” The app currently already offers support for one-on-one video calls and group voice chats.”
