Reliance Jio has discontinued two cheap recharge plans of its JioPhone, giving a big blow to the customers. The pre-paid plans that have been discontinued by Reliance Jio include pre-paid plans of Rs 39 and Rs 69. Let us tell you that most of the telecom companies are discontinuing their cheap plans. Just like Reliance Jio some time ago, Airtel has discontinued its Rs 49 pre-paid plan. Jio introduced plans of Rs 39 and Rs 69 in June this year.
JioPhone Rs 39 plan
Reliance Jio’s Rs 39 plan used to come with a validity of 14 days. 100MB of data was offered daily in this plan. Along with this, unlimited calling on all networks and 100 SMS per day was available in this plan. Apart from this, a free subscription to Jio apps was being given. Let us tell you that the Jio plan of Rs 39 was the cheapest pre-paid plan of the company, which the company has stopped for the time being.
JioPhone Rs 69 plan
The validity of 14 days was also given in Reliance Jio’s Rs 69 pre-paid plan. Apart from this, 0.5GB i.e. 500MB data was being offered daily. Unlimited calling was also available in this plan on all networks. Along with this, 100 SMS facility was being given daily. Apart from this, a free subscription to Jio apps was being given. Overall, the Rs 69 plan was similar to the Rs 39 Jio prepaid plan. 500MB data is being offered instead of 100MB in the Rs 69 plan.
Jio has closed many offers
Reliance Jio has discontinued many of its plans and offers in recent times. Buy 1 Gate 1 Free SIM offer has been discontinued by Reliance Jio. The same features like 300 minutes of free calling and one-to-one free recharge offer have been discontinued for Jio Phone customers this year, which were started during the Corona era.
