    Moto G 5G with 48MP triple rear camera launched in India: Price, Specifications

    The new Moto G 5G will work on Android 10. The phone has a 6.7 inch Full HD Plus LTPS display. Its resolution is 1080×2400 pixels. Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC has been supported as a processor in Moto G 5G.

    Motorola is all set to unveil Moto G 5G in India today. After many leaks and reports, the company will finally take the lid off the smartphone. The smartphone was listed on Flipkart days before the official launch day. The company has now shared some of the key specifications of the device. The smartphone is being touted as the most affordable 5G phone in India. Along with its 5G capabilities, the smartphone will come with a powerful spec sheet that will definitely appease the buyers.

    Moto G 5g was launched in Europe a couple of months ago so the specifications are not a secret to us. It is expected to compete with OnePlus Nord in India that comes with similar specifications and price points.

    Detailing the specifications, the new smartphone from Moto runs on Android 10 and features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) LTPS display. As mentioned, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC, paired with 6GB RAM.

    The smartphone from Moto has a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture, an 8-megapixel secondary wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and 118-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, Moto G 5G has a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture.

    Moto G 5G is IP52 certified for dust protection. Internal storage is listed to be 128GB with the option to expand it further using a microSD card (up to 1TB). There is a fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone. Moto G 5G packs a 5,000mAh battery with 20W TurboPower fast charging. The battery life can last for up to two days.

    Connectivity options on the Moto G 5G include 5G, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB Type-C port, GPS, and more. It measures 166x76x10mm and weighs 212 grams.

    Moto G 5G Expected Price and availability

    Moto G 5G was launched in Europe at EUR 299.99 (Rs 26,300 approximately) for the lone 6GB + 128GB variant. In India however, it could be a little cheaper than this. One can expect the price to be under Rs 25,000. The smartphone will be launched on Flipkart at 12 pm today. It will be available for purchase on the e-commerce platform only in the following days. Motorola is yet to confirm the sale date.

    It will be available in two different colors including Frosted silver and Volcanic Grey.
