iPhone 11 brings a new dual-camera system, AI-based Night mode, new colors and the new A13 Bionic chip with a starting price of Rs 64,900 in India.
Apple’s first iPhone announcement is the iPhone 11, which succeeds the iPhone XR. The iPhone 11 comes with a bunch of upgrades over its predecessor that includes a new dual-camera system, AI-based Night mode, new colors, and fast new A13 Bionic processor.
The iPhone 11 has been priced starting at Rs 64,900, which makes it more affordable than the iPhone XR. The iPhone 11 touts a 6.1-inch LCD Liquid Retina display much like the iPhone XR. The display gets a wide notch up top to house Face ID sensors and an updated TrueDepth camera. The iPhone 11 also comes in six new colors – purple, white, green, red, black and yellow. The iPhone 11 will be likely up for pre-order starting Friday, September 20 and will be available in over 30 countries from September 20. It comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage variants and will launch in India on September 27.
Earlier, though Apple shared that sale will start from September 20 but later revised it to September 27.
The camera is the focus on the new iPhone 11 with the system getting two 12MP sensors instead of one. One is the main wide-angle camera while the other is a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, allowing you to capture a wider field of view with the same level of detail and sharpness. The ultra-wide-angle camera can also be used for videos with the ability to switch between the two FoVs easily.iPhone 11 camera also gets a Night mode, which is a feature seen on most smartphones these days. Apple says Night mode kicks in automatically when the camera detects low-light. The iPhone 11 camera can record video at 4K up to 60 fps.
The iPhone 11 also packs a new A13 Bionic chipset which the company claims are the fastest CPU and GPU in a smartphone. The iPhone 11 also offers one hour more battery life compared to the iPhone XR. Additionally, the iPhone 11 also comes with an enhanced Face ID tech.
