    Zee5 Club

ZEE5 Club Annual subscription plan, users will be able to access their favorite webseries and more than 90 live channels at a cost of Rs 1 per day.

Zee5 has introduced its new affordable subscription plan Club. This plan has been specially introduced to challenge affordable subscription plans like Hotstar VIP. These days, viewership of favorite shows and web series has increased tremendously through digital platforms. In view of this, all OTT players are offering their cheap and budget-friendly plans for the users. Due to these cheap plans, users get access to TV and web series at the same place. Last year Hotstar introduced its affordable plan VIP. In this plan, users get a full year subscription for Rs 399.

The rate of Zee5 Club subscription plan has also been kept at Rs 365 per year. In this new subscription plan, users will get to see Zee5, select shows of ALTBalaji, more than 1,000 movies, and shows of Zee Zindgi channel. Additionally, users will also get to watch 90 live TV channels. It has been introduced at a much lower price than the company’s Rs 999 per year premium plan. In this new subscription plan, users will be able to access their favorite web-series and live channels at a cost of Rs 1 per day.

At the launch of this new subscription plan, Zee5 Senior Vice President Rahul Maroli said that through Zee5 Club every Indian will get an experience of hyper-personalized and seamless content viewing. Zee5 Club will be able to access users on both Android and iOS devices. For this, users will have to install the Zee5 app in their smartphones, smart TVs, tablets, or streaming devices. The special thing in this plan is also that users will be able to access the episodes coming on Zee TV in advance. At the same time, after the launch of this affordable plan, other OTT platforms are going to be challenged.

Zee5 Can Connect Upto 5 Devices

It is important to highlight that both Zee5 Club and Zee5 All Access plans come with the ability to watch content on up to five devices simultaneously. There is also an option for Zee5 Club subscribers to switch to the All Access plan at any time during the year by paying the difference amount through the Zee5 app or website.

“With a strong consumer value proposition, ZEE5 Club will help us to board every Indian and provide them with a hyper-personalized and a seamless content viewing experience all at Rs. 365/year,” said Rahul Maroli, Senior Vice President and Head SVOD, Zee5 India, in a statement.

Similar to Zee5 Club, Disney+ Hotstar has its VIP subscription with limited content access to encourage digital content consumption by the masses. Netflix last year also brought its Rs. 199 plan as a mobile-only plan to bring new Indian content consumers on board. The US company also just recently started testing its Rs. 349 “Mobile+” plan with support for HD streaming and access on computers.
