Vi Launches Rs. 447 Prepaid Plan With 50GB Total Data to Rival Jio’s Freedom Plan Offerings
In view of the increasing demand for the internet, telecom companies keep offering their new plans to woo the users. Meanwhile, Vodafone Idea (VI) has launched a new prepaid plan to compete with Airtel and Jio. The special feature of this plan is that it comes with unlimited voice calling and no daily data limit. The price of this plan is Rs 447.
Vodafone Idea Rs 447 Plan Details
Vodafone Idea’s 447 plan offers 50 GB uncapped data with a validity of 60 days. Users will not have to follow the daily FUP limit for data with this plan. This plan also offers unlimited voice calling and 100 free SMS per day. Apart from this, many additional benefits have been given to the users in this plan. Vi Movies and TV can be accessed through this plan, which includes live TV, movies, original content, and news.
VI’s new plan will give competition to Reliance and Jio
Notably, recently Reliance Jio also launched a new prepaid plan with no daily data limit. Since then, the competition among the telecom companies seems to be increasing. Airtel also offered a plan with no daily data limit of Rs 456 on its platform. Reliance Jio had introduced its Freedom plan earlier this month, in which there was no limit on daily data usage.
Reliance Jio latest prepaid plans
Jio was offering five Freedom plans in the second week of June, ranging in price from ₹ 127 to ₹ 2,397 and a validity period between 15 days and 365 days. The ₹447 plan under the line-up offers 50GB bulk data for 60 days without any FUP limit. After the data limit is over, users will have to use internet service at a low 64Kbps speed. In this plan, users also get access to Jio’s apps. Which includes JioTV, JioCinema, JioNews, JioSecurity, and JioCloud.
