    Vivo X80 Series May Knock Indian Market on May 18

    Vivo launched two flagship smartphones in India last year under the Vivo X70 series. With this, the company is coming to India this year with its new Vivo X80 series. Its two smartphones Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro will be launched.

    Vivo is bringing its X80 series soon to India. India Today has exclusively learnt from its industry sources about the launch of the Vivo X80 series in India. The company launched two premium smartphones in the X80 series earlier this month in China. Both devices, namely the Vivo X80 and the Vivo X80 Pro, will launch in India by mid or the end of May.

    The exact date of the Vivo X80 series India launch event remains unknown. However, we can expect the devices to launch soon after the global launch, which is set to take place on May 8. The Vivo X80 series features Vivo’s custom-developed V1+ chip, which has been optimised for both MediaTek Dimensity 9000 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoCs. The custom Image Signal Processor (ISP) is designed to boost and enhance the image and display processing capabilities. Both smartphones, the X80 and X80 Pro, also come with a Zeiss T* lens coating.

    According to the leaked report, Vivo X80 smartphone can be offered in India at an initial price of Rs 45,000. Whereas vivo X80 Pro will be launched with a price tag of Rs 65,000.

    Specifications of Vivo X80 Pro

    Vivo X80 Pro smartphone will be offered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset support. The phone will come with 12 GB RAM support. Apart from this, the phone will come in 256 GB and 512 GB storage options. The Vivo X80 smartphone will come with a 6.78-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display. Its picture resolution will come with 1440/3200. The refresh rate support of the phone is 120Hz. The phone can be offered with Android 12 operating system. The phone will come with OriginOS support.

    The phone will come with dual sim. Quad camera setup will be available in the rear of the phone. Its main camera will be 50 megapixels. Which will come with Samsung GNV sensor support. Apart from this, 48 ​​megapixels 5X periscope telephoto camera has been given. Whereas a 32-megapixel selfie camera has been given in the front. Vivo X80 Pro smartphone will come with Vi+ custom chip, Which will help in clicking bright images in low light. Vivo X80 Pro csx 4700mAh battery will be given. Which will support 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Also 10W reverse charging support will be available.

    Mediatek Dimenstiy 9000 chipset support will be given in Vivo X80 smartphone. A 6.7 inch Full HD Plus AMOLED display will be given in the phone. Whose picture resolution will be 1800/2400 pixels. The phone will come in 12 GB RAM and 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB storage options. The phone will come with Android 12 support. The phone will have 50 megapixel main camera, 12 megapixel ultra wide angle lens and 12 megapixel portrait lens. A 32-megapixel selfie camera will be given in the front of the phone. The X80 smartphone from VIVO has a 4500mAh battery, which comes with 80W fast charging support.
