    Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 launched: Price, specifications

    Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 has been launched in the global market. This tab is available in three colors and storage options. It has a 10.5-inch screen and a 7040 mAh jumbo battery. Apart from this, the new tablet will get 8MP rear and 5MP front camera.

    Samsung’s new tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 has been launched globally. It has thin bezels. Talking about the features, Galaxy Tab A8 has a 10.5-inch TFT display, quad speaker setup, and Dolby Atmos. Apart from this, Samsung’s new tablet will get a 7,040 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.

    Samsung is yet to announce the pricing of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, but the South Korean company revealed that the Samsung Galaxy A8 tablet will be available in the US and in other regions in January 2022. SamMobile reports the tablet will be available in Europe later this month, with the Wi-Fi model priced starting at EUR 229 (roughly Rs. 19,700) for the 3GB + 32GB variant, EUR 259 (roughly Rs. 22,300) for the 4GB + 64GB variant, and EUR 309 (roughly Rs. 26,600) for the 4GB + 128GB variant.

    As for the LTE version, it’s said to be priced at EUR 279 (roughly Rs. 24,000), EUR 309 (roughly Rs. 26,600), and EUR 359 (roughly Rs. 30,900) for the same memory and storage configurations, respectively. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 will be sold in three color options —Gray, Pink Gold, and Silver, according to Samsung.

    Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is equipped with a 10.5-inch TFT screen. Its body ratio is 80 percent and the resolution is 1,920×1,200 pixels. It works on the Tab One UI interface. Apart from this, quad speakers and Dolby Atmos have been supported in Galaxy Tab A8.

    Talking about the camera, there is an 8-megapixel camera in the rear panel of the Samsung Galaxy A8, while a 5-megapixel camera will be available for selfie and video calling. At the same time, this tab is available in 32 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB storage options. Its storage can be increased to 1 TB with the help of a micro SD card.

    The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is powered by an octa-core processor with a clock speed of 2.0GHz. It has 4 GB of RAM. Apart from this, a 7,040 mAh battery will be available in the tab, which supports 15 W fast charging. Apart from this, features like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C port will be available for connectivity in the tab.
