This Diwali Reliance Jio is letting you can gift the JioPhone at just Rs 699 with a bundled plan.

Reliance Jio Phone was announced back in 2017 with a price tag of Rs 1,500 back but came with an exchange offer last month that effectively brought the price down to Rs 501. The handset features a 2.4-inch display and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 512MB of RAM. The phone has 4GB of internal storage along with microSD card support (128GB) and includes Wi-Fi connectivity, 2,000mAh battery and runs on KaiOS. Other features include support for 22 Indian languages, an option to mirror content playing on the phone to a television using a proprietary cable as well as support for apps like Facebook, Google Maps, YouTube and more.

For this Diwali offer, Reliance Jio has announced a promotional scheme that enables a user to gift its 4G-enabled feature phone, JioPhone, to another person at a starting price of Rs. 808. As part of the offer, customers can choose the bundle plans starting at Rs. 808 that includes a JioPhone at Rs. 699 along with main recharge benefits and an interconnect usage charge (IUC) of Rs. 10, according to the information available on Reliance Jio’s website – jio.com.

JioPhone at Rs 699: How to Avail it?

Reliance Jio introduced the JioPhone back in 2017 and it became popular instantly, thanks to the affordable price tag. Jio is now notching up the things a bit higher and will be selling the JioPhone at just Rs 699 for a limited period. The company says it’s a limited period offer valid from Dussehra to Diwali.

For Example, if a customer is buying this handset worth Rs 800, the company will add an additional benefits of Recharge by Rs 808 followed by buying the device worth Rs 1,000, company will add 3 months recharge worth Rs 1,006, Buying worth Rs 1,500 company will add 8 months recharge at Rs 1,501 and buying worth Rs 2,000 the company will add 13 months recharge of Rs 1,966. All the recharge benefits include Rs 10 IUC Topup. This is an interesting offer from Reliance Jio, and for the first time, we do not see any sort of terms and conditions from the Mukesh Ambani-owned company.
