    Reliance Jio 5G will launch in 1000 cities of India

    Reliance Jio 5G coverage planning has been completed for India, in the top 1,000 cities of the country. Jio is likely to roll out 5G in phases, as DoT has mentioned that 5G services will initially be available in only 13 major cities, in the first phase.

    Jio is going to roll out Jio 5G network in India soon. Jio will provide a 5G network in 1000 cities of India in the first phase. The company has been doing 5G testing for a long time. Jio claims that its 5G is completely based on indigenous technology. Healthcare and industrial automation is being tested by Jio on its 5G network. The company is also rapidly expanding the infrastructure for the rapid deployment of 5G. The availability of fiber and electricity at the sites is also being increased. So that when the time for 5G rollout comes, there will be no interruption or delay in it.

    Reliance Jio 5G

    Jio 5G network will be first rolled out in areas where there is high consumption of data. Heat maps, 3D maps, and ray tracing technology are being used by the company to identify such areas and customers. To build a strong network for customers with demand for Jio 5G network. This has been revealed from the third quarter results of Reliance Industries for the year 2021. Jio has formed several teams to develop customer-based 5G solutions.

    Those who have been deployed in India as well as America can develop different types of 5G solutions. The company believes that these teams will create such 5G solutions that will be at par or better than the world at a technical level. Apart from this, the company has also formed a technology team in Europe that will prepare ahead of 5G.

    Reliance Jio 5G

    Jio further stated that it has been testing healthcare and industrial automation on its 5G network. Jio is likely to roll out 5G in phases, as DoT has mentioned that 5G services will initially be available only in 13 major cities. The company has been working on a 5G data-driven network that will be based on targeted customer consumption revenue with the use of Heat maps, 3D maps, and ray-tracing technology for precise coverage planning to target high-consumption and high-perception locations.

    Jio stated that they have collaborated with WhatsApp to simplify the prepaid recharge experience and reported a growth of 8.8%, in net profit to Rs 3,795 crore by the end of December 2021 (in the third quarter).

    Reliance Jio 5G

    Reliance Jio’s ARPU (ie Average Revenue Per Customer Per Month) has also increased. The ARPU per subscriber per month has increased to Rs 151.6. Due to this better SIM consolidation and the recent price hike is believed to be around 20 percent. Every subscriber on the Jio network consumed 18.4 GB of data per month and talked for about 901 minutes.

    Jio added about 12 million customers to its network this quarter. But the total subscriber count of Jio has decreased by 84 lakh in the quarter. Jio’s customer base is now close to 42 crores 10 lakhs. While Jio Fiber has crossed the 50 lakh mark of subscribers.
