    Realme GT 5G with Snapdragon 888 Processor Launching on March 4: Expected Features

    Realme GT 5G will be the company’s upcoming flagship smartphone, in which many leaks and revelations have been revealed so far. At the same time, along with the specifications of this smartphone, its launch date has also been revealed.

    Regarding Realme GT 5G smartphone, it has been officially announced that this smartphone will be launched on 4 March. Currently, it will be launched in China and will be introduced on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. As a special feature in this smartphone, 125W fast charging support and 64MP primary sensor will be given. However, no announcement has been made so far in other countries other than China.

    The launch date of the Realme GT 5G smartphone has been announced by the company’s VP Xu Qi on China’s microblogging site Weibo. Where according to the information given, this smartphone will be launched in China on 4 March. A poster has also been shared with the announcement of the launch date. In which only the name of the phone has been revealed. Information about design and image is not provided.

    Expected Specifications of Realme GT 5G

    There are three icons on the bottom left of the poster indicating the processor, refresh rate, and fast charging. Realme GT 5G is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC. Tipster Abhishek Yadav claims that the Realme GT will feature a 160Hz display and come with support for 125W fast charging. Yadav cites a “Chinese friend” for this information, which is in line with previous leaks that also hint at a 160Hz refresh rate display.

    Realme GT is also expected to feature a 6.8-inch (1,440×3,200 pixels) OLED display with 20:9 aspect ratio, up to 12GB of RAM, and offer internal storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. There may also be a Pro variant for the Realme GT.

    Furthermore, an online report revealed that the Realme GT may come in leather back and glass back variants. The tipster also mentions the phone will be equipped with the Snapdragon 888 SoC. However, it should be noted that the company has not shared any information on the design or specifications of the Realme GT.

    From a recently TENAA listing with model number RMX2202 said to be Realme GT, it can be seen that there is a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera in the top left corner of the screen. There is also a rectangular camera module on the back that houses a triple or a quad rear camera setup. The same model number was also spotted in a Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) listing hinting at an imminent India launch. More information on the phone can be expected as we move closer to launch.
