Pre-booking of OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro has started in India and users can avail of many attractive offers in pre-booking.
OnePlus launched its most awaited OnePlus 8 series in the global market only last month. Two smartphones in this series are OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro. Recently both these smartphones were listed on the company’s Indian website along with the price. At the same time, OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro have become available for pre-booking in India from today. Users can pre-book these by visiting the company website and Amazon India. Some attractive offers are also being offered during pre-booking.
OnePlus has shared the pre-booking information of OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro on its Twitter account. It has also been reported that a cashback of Rs 1,000 can be obtained with their pre-booking. According to the information given on Amazon India, this pre-booking will run till May 10. Some attractive offers are also being offered with this.
On pre-booking of OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro users can get a cashback of Rs 1,000 on Amazon India. Which will add you to Amazon Pay balance. Apart from this, a gift card of Rs 1,000 is also being offered in the offer. Users will be able to use this gift card in the next shopping done from Amazon. Explain that this benefit will be available only by pre-booking the phone till 10 May. These smartphones will be available for purchase from May 11 to June 30.
There is currently no mention of when the devices will ship, which is understandable considering the current nationwide lockdown in India. However, the commencement of the pre-orders could imply that e-commerce companies might be allowed to function in the near future.
The OnePlus 8 will start at Rs 41,999 for India exclusive 6+128GB variant, Rs 44,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, and Rs 49,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. On the other hand, the OnePlus 8 Pro will be priced at Rs 54,999 and Rs 59,999 respectively for the same RAM and storage combo. The new 30W wireless charger is priced at Rs 3,990, but the accessories are not yet listed on Amazon. The Bullets Wireless Z will set you back Rs 1,999, when available.
Interestingly, OnePlus is not the only smartphone brand to be accepting pre-orders, as even Xiaomi, Samsung, and Vivo are currently taking pre-orders for their products. With no clarity on when they will ship, this is a good way for them to gauge the demand for their products and keep inventory ready accordingly. Speculations also suggest that smartphone retailers will soon be allowed to function in India, as consumers are growing more dependent on them.
