Poco F2 Pro Price Tipped, Comes in Same Design and Colour Options as the Redmi K30 Pro.

POCO was issuing teasers about its upcoming smartphone for the last several days. Seeing these teasers, the name and features of the phone were being guessed. Recently, the company had informed through a teaser that a new smartphone is going to be launched on May 12. But its name was not disclosed. At the same time, the company has officially made it clear that on May 12, POCO F2 Pro will be launched in the global market.Poco F2 Pro

According to the information given on the POCO’s Twitter account, on May 12, POCO F2 Pro will be launched, which is the upgraded version of POCO F1 launched in 2018. Along with this, the company has given the tag of ‘Powerful Cool’ in the teaser, i.e. Powerful Processor will be used in POCO F2 Pro. In the teaser released recently, it was revealed that the upcoming smartphone will come with liquid cooling technology.

So far, information related to the price and specifications of POCO F2 Pro has been revealed through leaks. At the same time, some reports have said that this smartphone will be a rebranded version of the Redmi K30 Pro launched in China recently, which the company will launch in the global market under the name POCO F2 Pro. However, the company has not given any information about this.Poco F2 Pro

It was also indicated that the rumored Poco F2 Pro will cost EUR 570 (roughly Rs. 46,800) for the 128GB variant. Another report had previously hinted that the Poco F2 Pro might cost EUR 649 (roughly Rs. 53,300) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB variant while the 8GB RAM + 256GB variant is said to be priced at EUR 749 (roughly Rs. 61,600).

It was further tipped that the Poco F2 Pro will come in four color options, including Blue, Grey, Purple, and White. Similarly, other reports had suggested that the Poco F2 Pro will be a rebranded version of the Redmi K30 Pro that was launched in China in March. Prior to this, it was tipped that Poco F2 would be the rebranded version of the Redmi K30 Pro but Poco India General Manager C Manmohan denied those rumors.Poco F2 Pro

Talking about the Redmi K30 Pro, the phone was launched at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 32,500) for the 6GB + 128GB variant, CNY 3,399 (roughly Rs. 36,000) for the 8GB + 128GB variant, and CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs. 40,000) for the 8GB + 256GB variant.

Additionally, a Poco smartphone was spotted on the Chinese e-commerce website, Gearbest, ahead of launch. The listing shows the design of the phone and the rear panel with the camera module looks just like the one on the Redmi K30 Pro. Even though the listing has been taken down, there is still a Poco smartphone listed as “POCO Smartphone is Back – Multi-C Version 2” showing the outline of the phone, again, looking just like the Redmi K30 Pro.
