Nothing has added new 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variants to the Phone (4a) and Phone (4b) in India. The new configurations lower the entry price for both models, while the existing 8GB and higher-memory versions continue to be sold.
The Nothing Phone (4a) 6GB+128GB is priced at Rs 39,999, while the Phone (4b) 6GB+128GB costs Rs 35,999. Both variants are listed for purchase through Flipkart.
Nothing Phone (4a), Phone (4b) New Variant Prices
The Phone (4a) now starts at Rs 39,999 with the newly added 6GB+128GB configuration. Its existing options include 8GB+128GB at Rs 44,999, 8GB+256GB at Rs 49,999 and 12GB+256GB at Rs 50,999.
The Phone (4b) starts at Rs 35,999 for 6GB+128GB. The 8GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs 39,999, while the 8GB+256GB version costs Rs 40,999. These are current listed prices and can change with retailer offers.

The new variants are not price cuts to the existing models. The Phone (4a) originally launched with 8GB+128GB at Rs 31,999, while the Phone (4b) launched with 8GB+128GB at Rs 34,999. Their current prices are higher, making the newly introduced 6GB versions a separate lower-memory configuration rather than a reduction in the price of the original variants.
Nothing Phone (4a) Specifications
The Phone (4a) 6GB variant retains the same hardware as the higher-memory versions. It has a 6.78-inch flexible AMOLED display with a 1,224 x 2,720-pixel resolution and up to a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is rated for up to 4,500 nits peak brightness.
The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset and comes with 128GB of storage in the new configuration. It packs a 5,400mAh battery and runs Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16.
The Phone (4a) also retains its existing camera setup, including a 50MP main camera, 50MP periscope telephoto camera and 8MP ultrawide camera, along with a 32MP front camera. The phone supports Nothing’s Glyph interface on the rear.
For colours, the new 6GB+128GB Phone (4a) is listed in Black, Blue and White. The higher-end configurations additionally get a Pink option.
Nothing Phone (4b) Specifications
The Phone (4b) 6GB+128GB also retains the specifications of the existing model. It features a 6.77-inch Full HD+ Samsung Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset.
The phone comes with a larger 6,000mAh battery and the Glyph Bar interface. It runs Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16 and supports dual-SIM connectivity.
The Phone (4b) continues to offer a 50MP primary rear camera paired with an 8MP ultrawide camera, along with a 16MP front camera. The new 6GB version does not introduce any camera or display changes compared with the existing configurations.
The Phone (4b) is available in Black, Blue and White. Unlike the Phone (4a), there is no additional Pink colour option reported for the model.
What Changes With the New 6GB Models?
The main change is memory. Nothing has kept the processor, display, cameras, battery and software configuration intact while reducing RAM from 8GB to 6GB.
This gives the Phone (4a) and Phone (4b) a new lower entry point without changing the rest of their hardware. Buyers therefore have the option of spending less upfront, while the 8GB versions remain available for users who want more RAM.
The Phone (4a) 6GB+128GB is Rs 4,000 more expensive than the current 8GB+128GB Phone (4b), while the latter uses a different chipset, display and camera configuration. As a result, the two models should be viewed as separate hardware tiers rather than simply different RAM versions of the same phone.
