Motorola on Monday launched the modern variant of its iconic Moto razor handset in India. Motorola Razr 2019 was introduced in an online event. Motorola’s foldable phone will compete with Samsung Galaxy Z Flip in the market already. Samsung’s foldable smartphone launched in India only last month.
Motorola Razr 2019: Price in India The new Motorola razor in India has been launched for Rs 1,24,999. Pre-booking of the phone has started from Monday and it will go on sale from April 2. The phone can be pre-booked from Flipkart and select offline retail stores. Let us tell you that this smartphone was launched in the US for $ 1,500 (about Rs. 1,11,000).
Motorola has partnered with Flipkart, Citibank, and Jio for handsets. Motorola will get Rs 10,000 cashback on purchasing this phone through Citibank Credit and Debit Card. Apart from this, there is also a “no-cost EMI” offer for 24 months. There will be a double data and double validity offer on Jio’s recharge of Rs 4,999. That is, 1.4 TB data and 2 years of validity can be availed by the users.
Apart from this, the company is also offering a Motocare Accident Damage Protection Plan at a discounted price for 1 year. This plan can be purchased within 30 days of purchasing the phone.

Motorola Razor 2019 has a 6.2-inch flexible OLED HD + (876×2142 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 21: 9. The display panel can be folded in half. This phone also has a secondary 2.7 inch OLED quick view screen with a resolution (600×800 pixels). This screen can be used for taking selfies, viewing notifications, and music control and Google Assistant. The smartphone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor and 6 GB RAM.
Talking about the camera, this Motorola smartphone has a 16-megapixel primary camera with aperture F / 1.7. The camera comes with night vision mode and the company says that bright photos can be taken with this mode even in the dark. The camera also has auto scene detection, portrait lighting. This camera can also be used for selfie once the phone folds. However, the handset also has a 5-megapixel front camera above the main display notch.
Talking about storage, Motorola Razor (2019) has 128 GB inbuilt storage. The phone runs on Android 9 Pie. For connectivity, Motorola Razor 2019 has features like 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 AC, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS / A-GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C. To give power to the handset, a 2510mAh battery has been provided which comes with 18W fast charging support. The company says that the battery will last a full day.
The dimensions of the Motorola razor are 72x172x6.9 millimeters when unfolded and 72x94x14 millimeters when folded. Talk about the weight, it is 205 grams.
