Motorola One Hyper is expected to be the name of the upcoming Motorola phone with a pop-up selfie camera. This could be Motorola’s flagship offering for Android One fans.
Recently, a new Motorola Smartphone leaked on the web showing off some exciting features. Currently, all the specifications of the phone were out along with real images but the model name is still unknown till now. Fundamentally, Motorola might bring an alternative to Moto One Zoom in the market.
According to a report from XDA Developers, the mysterious Motorola phone with the pop-up selfie camera is supposed to be called the Motorola One Hyper. Now the question is “Why Hyper?” Till now no-one knows but from the leaked specifications sheet, it seems that Motorola is hyped about the 64-megapixel main camera at the back along with a pop-up selfie camera. There’s no release date or an expected price to this phone as of now.
The Motorola One Hyper leaked hugely a few weeks ago with all its specifications and live images on the web. The One Hyper will be the first Motorola phone with a motorized pop-up selfie camera for full bezel-less display design. The phone will have a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display using an IPS LCD panel. At the back, it will have a fingerprint sensor that’s surrounded by a glowing LED ring meant for notifications.
As for specifications, the One Hyper will get the Snapdragon 675 chipset along with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage as standard. The phone will use a stock version of Google’s Android 9 Pie with basic Motorola additions. A 3600mAh battery will keep the phone alive while the pop-up camera module will house a 32-megapixel selfie camera. At the back, a combination of a 64-megapixel and an 18-megapixel secondary camera is there.
While the One Hyper has no launch date, for now, Motorola is preparing to launch the Moto G8 Plus in Brazil tomorrow. The Moto G8 Plus is rumored to come with a 48-megapixel main camera at the back and a Snapdragon 665 chipset. The G8 Plus could sit above the Motorola One series of phones as the premium offering from the brand.
On top of that, Motorola is also going to launch the folding Moto Razr in November. The Razr is rumored to feature the same clamshell form factor as the original model but it gets rid of the keyboard for a folding display similar to the Galaxy Fold.
