Meta One brings WhatsApp Plus, Instagram Plus and Facebook Plus benefits together with expanded Meta AI access and professional tools.
Meta has launched its new Meta One subscription service in India, bringing together paid features across Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and Meta AI under a wider subscription lineup. The service is aimed at users who want additional features and higher AI usage, while separate plans target creators and businesses with professional tools.
Meta One comes in two individual plans called Core and Premium. In addition, Meta has introduced Essential, Advanced, Expert and Max tiers aimed at creators and businesses. The company says the core versions of its apps and Meta AI will continue to remain free, with the subscriptions providing additional capabilities rather than making the basic services paid.
For Indian users, Meta One Core costs Rs 549 per month, while the Premium plan costs Rs 1,950 per month. The professional plans start at Rs 639 per month and go up to Rs 20,990 per month for the Max tier.
Meta One Subscription India Price
Meta has structured the new service into several levels depending on the type of user.
For individual users, the two main Meta One options in India are:

For creators and businesses, the plans are:

What Is Meta One?
Meta One is designed to combine additional benefits from Meta’s family of apps with expanded access to its artificial intelligence tools.
The Core plan includes benefits associated with Instagram Plus, WhatsApp Plus and Facebook Plus, along with greater access to Meta AI features. Meta says users can generate more images and videos, use creative tools more frequently and get additional ways to customise their experience across its apps.
The Premium plan provides the same basic bundle but increases the amount of AI usage available to subscribers. It is designed for people who use Meta’s AI-powered image and video creation tools more heavily.
Meta says more than 50 features have been introduced across its subscription push, with the company planning to expand Meta One to additional products and experiences over time.
Meta One Core: Rs 549 Per Month
The Rs 549 Core plan is the entry point for the full Meta One bundle in India.
It combines access to Facebook Plus, Instagram Plus and WhatsApp Plus benefits with increased usage of Meta AI. Meta says subscribers can create more images and videos and use AI-powered creative features more frequently.
The plan is therefore aimed at users who regularly use Meta’s AI tools but do not necessarily need the highest available usage limits.
Meta One Core also gives users access to additional expression and customisation features across its apps. These can include features such as custom app icons, story-related enhancements and additional messaging options, depending on the individual service.
Meta One Premium: Rs 1,950 Per Month
The Premium plan costs Rs 1,950 per month in India.
It includes everything available with Core but provides substantially higher AI usage allowances. Meta positions this tier toward users who generate more content and make heavier use of AI-powered creation tools.
The global Meta One Premium plan is priced at $19.99 per month, compared with $7.99 for Core. India’s pricing is Rs 1,950 and Rs 549 respectively.
For a regular WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook user, the Premium plan is therefore primarily about the additional AI capacity rather than access to the basic social-networking services themselves.
Instagram Plus, WhatsApp Plus and Facebook Plus Are Still Available Separately
Meta One does not eliminate the individual Plus subscriptions.
Meta is also offering separate paid plans for individual applications. Current India pricing reported for these services starts at Rs 79 per month for WhatsApp Plus, while Instagram Plus and Facebook Plus are priced at Rs 99 per month each.
This gives users two approaches.
Someone who only wants additional WhatsApp features can subscribe to WhatsApp Plus separately. A user who wants benefits across multiple Meta services and increased AI access can instead consider Meta One.
Meta says the bundled subscription is priced to offer the combined benefits at a discount compared with subscribing to the individual services separately.

Meta is also using the new subscription structure to target professional users.
The Essential plan starts at Rs 639 per month, followed by Advanced at Rs 2,099, Expert at Rs 6,399 and Max at Rs 20,990 per month in India.
These plans provide tools beyond the consumer-focused Plus benefits. Depending on the tier, creators and businesses can receive features related to verification, impersonation protection, profile and audience tools, publishing, analytics and customer-service capabilities.
Meta is also expanding AI-powered business functionality, including tools designed to help businesses handle customer interactions and manage their presence across Meta platforms.
Meta One and Meta AI
Artificial intelligence is one of the main reasons Meta has created the new subscription structure.
Meta says subscribers get more access to AI-powered image and video generation and editing, along with features such as Restyle and Voice Effects on Instagram. Higher tiers provide greater usage allowances for these tools.
The Premium plan is particularly focused on users who want to create more content using Meta AI.

The subscription is intended for people who want additional features, greater AI usage or professional tools.
This distinction is particularly important in India, where the large majority of WhatsApp and Instagram users are unlikely to need a paid subscription simply to continue using the basic applications.

Meta One Could Become a Larger Meta Subscription
