Reliance Jio has launched two new prepaid plans of long validity. Both these prepaid plans come with long validity. Both the recharge plans come at an affordable price. High-speed data up to 912 GB is being given in these plans. Both these plans come with a validity of one year i.e. 365 days. Both these plans have been launched in the ‘Work from Home’ category.
Reliance Jio Rs 2,878 plan
A new plan has been launched by Reliance Jio for Rs 2,878. This plan comes with a validity of one year i.e. 365 days. Daily 2GB high speed data has been made available to this plan. Meaning a total of 730GB high speed internet data is being given in this plan. After the expiry of the data limit, the data speed of Reliance Jio’s Rs 2,878 plan drops to 64Kbps. Unlimited calling facility is being provided in this plan. Along with this, subscription of SMS and OTT apps is being given in this plan.
Reliance Jio Rs 2998 plan
A new plan has been launched by Relinace Jio for Rs 2,998. This new plan comes with a validity of 365 days i.e. one year. Daily 2.5GB high speed data is being given in this plan. However, after the data limit is over, the speed drops to 64Kbps. According to the daily 2.5GB data, a total of 912.5GB data is being given in this plan.
Notably, both these prepaid plans from Jio are meant to boost the everyday data benefit that customers get with their base plan. If you are working from home and want to get increased data benefit, then the Jio Rs. 2,878 and Rs. 2,998 prepaid plans are the best ones you should choose.
Reliance Jio work from home plan
Reliance Jio’s work from home category includes three more plans, priced at Rs 181, Rs 241 and Rs 301. All these plans come with a validity of 30 days. Jio users are offered 30GB internet data in the Rs 181 plan, 40GB internet data in the Rs 241 plan and 50GB internet data in the Rs 301 plan.
What’s interesting is that these plans have a standalone validity period that makes them active even if the base prepaid plan expires. So, even if you cannot do voice calls or enjoy the SMS benefits offered by your base plan, you can still use data with these plans.
It remains to be seen if anyone will need these plans or not. However, these are best for those who use a lot of data. For now, if you want to subscribe to these plans, then you can visit the official Jio website or the MyJio app to recharge with these plans. Notably, there are a few other Jio prepaid plans that offer only data benefit.
