VAIO laptop’s page has gone live on Flipkart, in which the device can be viewed. According to the information available on the page, the weight of the forward laptop of VAIO will be quite light. However, the page has not revealed the name, price, or feature of the laptop. According to other leaks, users can get Intel Tiger Lake processor and AMD Ryzen graphic card in the upcoming laptop.

VAIO Regional Business Director Seema Bhatnagar has said that we are ready and excited to launch our brand in the Indian market. He has further stated that we will launch our devices according to the demand in the Indian market.

Having said this, in 1996 technology company Sony launched VAIO as a subsidiary of the personal computer. VAIO Laptop made its way into the global market with the help of luxurious and lightweight laptops. Only then did the company launch two in one and hybrid models. In 2014, Sony sold VAID to a Japanese company.

VAIO laptops can get tough competition from the PureBook X14 in the Indian market. Talking about the PureBook X14 laptop, it has been prepared by Nokia and its price is Rs 59,990. Nokia PureBook X14 laptop will get 14 inch Full HD IPS display, which is given Dolby Vision, 86 percent body screen to body ratio, 250 nits peak brightness, 178-degree viewing angle. The Nokia PureBook X14 has an Intel Core i5 10th generation processor.

It will come with a 1.6GHz base frequency and 4.2GHz maximum turbo frequency. The VAIO laptop will come with integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics as graphics, with 1.1GHz turbo speed and 4K support. The laptop will have support for Intel Quick Sync Video, Intel InTru 3D Technology and Intel Clear Video HD technology.

    VAIO Laptops

To recall, the VAIO E series was one of the most popular series Sony sold in India back in its heyday. This could be the reason, why the company wants to make a comeback with this series. The new Vaio E15 is expected to sport a 15-inch full HD IPS display with slim bezels. It will feature a dual speaker design and will come with a 10 hour claimed battery life. The laptop will feature a premium Japanese design and will come with an SSD to help with the speed.

In terms of ports, the E15 will feature two USB 3.1 Type-A ports, one USB Type-C port, an HDMI out port and a microSD card slot.
