Huawei has launched its latest tablet Huawei MatePad T8 in India as an entry-level Android tablet. The Matepad T8 was announced back in May and has now arrived in India for the education and entertainment needs of users during the pandemic. The MatePad T8, as the name suggests, has an 8-inch display and is fairly lightweight so that it can be used with one-hand and ensures greater portability, especially when watching a video or movie. Huawei MetePad T8 has been introduced in two variants Wi-Fi and LTE. The LTE variant of the Huawei MatePad T8 is priced at Rs 10,999, while the Wi-Fi variant of the Huawei MatePad T8 is priced at Rs 9,999.

The pre-booking of the Huawei MatePad T8 tab has started today. In such a situation, pre-booking customers will have the option to buy the Wi-Fi variant of Huawei MatePad T8 for Rs 9,999. The prebooking of the tab will be from 8 September to 14 September 2020. Customers will be able to purchase tabs exclusively from Flipkart. There will be many great deals and bank offers on the purchase of Huawei’s new tab. The tab will come in a color option Tranquil Blue. The Huawei MatePad T8 is quite lightweight and comes in an ultra-slim bezel-less design. Its width will be 49mm. It has also been introduced in a metallic finish body.

The Huawei MatePad T8 runs on EMUI 10.0.1, based on Android 10. It features an 8-inch LCD display with 1,280×800 pixels resolution and 189ppi pixel density. It is powered by the octa-core MediaTek MT8768 SoC, paired with IMG GE8320 GPU and 2GB of RAM. There is also 32GB of onboard storage that is expandable via a microSD card (up to 512GB).
The Huawei MatePad T8 comes with a single 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It packs a 5,100mAh battery with standard charging. For connectivity, you get dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, LTE (optional), GPS/ A-GPS, USB OTG, and a Micro-USB port for charging. In terms of dimensions, the Huawei MatePad T8 measures 199.70×121.10×8.55mm and weighs 310 grams.
The MatePad T8 features an 8-inch HD+ (1280 x 800 pixels) resolution display with 4.9 millimeters bezels. The T8 measures 8.5 millimeters in thickness and weighs around 310 grams. It will be available in a single color, Deepsea Blue. The notepad T8 is powered by the MediaTek MT8768 processor with an octa-core CPU and is paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. The tablet has a microSD card slot that supports memory expansion up to 512GB. It runs on EMUI 10 which is based on Android 10.
