BSNL has launched Rs 197 prepaid plan with 150 days of validity with daily 2 GB of daily data

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced a new prepaid recharge plan, priced at Rs. 197. The new plan offers a validity of up to 150 days and 2GB of high-speed data per day. Alongside, users will also get free unlimited calls and free SMS messages. However, there is a caveat on the daily data limit and unlimited calls with the new prepaid recharge plan. The new Rs. 197 prepaid recharge plan from BSNL appears to be one of the most lucrative prepaid recharge plans in India among all telcos.

A new prepaid plan has been introduced by the telecom company BSNL for Rs 197. Validity of 150 days is offered in this plan. Also, daily 2 GB high-speed data is being offered in this plan. Apart from this, users get free unlimited calling and SMS facilities. This plan has been listed on the BSNL pre-paid recharge website.

However, BSNL’s Rs 197 plan comes with some terms and conditions. BSNL’s Rs 197 plan is offered daily 2 GB data. Also, an unlimited calling facility is available. But after 18 days the speed limit will be reduced to 40Kbps, which will continue for 150 days. During this, the user will continue to get free incoming calls. But for outgoing calls, you will need a top-up plan. Apart from this, the user will continue to get the facility of free SMS.

As mentioned earlier, BSNL’s Rs. 197 prepaid recharge plan seems to be one of the most lucrative prepaid recharge plans by any telecom service provider in India. No other provider bundles such benefits in their prepaid recharge plans at the time of writing.

The state-owned telecom provider will also get additional financial support of Rs. 7,443.57 crore for a voluntary retirement scheme and Rs. 3,550 crore as grant-in-aid for payment of GST.
