This is Google’s first custom mobile chip. According to Google, it is very fast, smart and secure. Some details about Google have been leaked long ago. This will be Google’s Android 12 based smartphone.

Google has announced the upcoming smartphone of the Pixel series. Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will be launched globally on October 19 at 10 am. Google has announced the launch of the new Google Pixel 6 series with its Twitter handle. According to Google, the launch event will not be live-streamed. It will be a pre-recorded event. If you have missed the launching event, you will be able to watch it later.

    Google Pixel 6 Series Featues

The company claims that it will be a completely different Google smartphone. Tensor has been used in this. This is Google’s first custom mobile chip.

The main focus is going to be on Google Tensor, which is the company’s very first processor meant exclusively for the Pixel phones. Google is no longer relying on Qualcomm for the processor inside its Pixel phones, but that is not the main reason. With Apple making progress one chipset at a time, Google was concerned it would lag behind in the chipset game. Google Tensor is the answer, and if we are to believe recent reports, it is going to be a really weird processor by the current standards. That is because the combination of performance and efficiency cores in the processor does not go in line with what other similar processors offer. Google has not said much except teasing the Tensor.

    Google Pixel 6 Pro

Some details about Google have been leaked long ago. This will be Google’s Android 12 based smartphone. The Google Pixel series can be offered with a 120Hz display with an under-display fingerprint scanner and a central punch-hole display. A triple rear camera setup will be available in the Google Pixel 6 Pro model. While the standard model will get a dual-camera setup.

The phone will support fast charging. According to Google’s announcement, the phone will be offered with a new Pixel Stand wireless charger support. Both the smartphones will run Android 12 out of the box. Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro smartphones will be offered with a curved display. A 50MP camera can be given to the smartphone. Also, a 12MP camera will be given.

Google has already shown off the new Pixel 6 series through various teasers. It will feature an all-new design with a circular notched display and a horizontal camera bar at the back. The bar looks reminiscent of the camera bar on the Nexus 6P phone. The Pixel 6 could arrive with a 6.4-inch FHD+ display with support for a 90Hz refresh rate, while the Pro version could offer a slightly larger 6.7-inch QHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.

    Google Pixel 6 Pro

The Pixel 6 Pro might be equipped with a triple rear camera setup that is said to include a primary wide-angle sensor, an ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a telephoto lens with 4X optical zoom. The standard version could feature the same main and ultra-wide-angle sensor but might miss the third sensor.

    Google Pixel 6 Expected Price

The Pixel 6 smartphone can be offered with a price tag of 649 euros. While the possible price of the Pixel 6 Pro can be 899 Euro.
