Fiber broadband network provider Excitel has launched Service Legal Agreement (SLA) plan. This is a kind of legal agreement between Excitel users and the company. Under which if the Internet of an Excitel user is disrupted for more than 4 hours, then the subscriber will be offered an extra validity of one day. No charge will be taken by the company for the validity of the extra one day.
Excitel Promise to provide uninterrupted internet connectivity
In fact, the company has promised to provide strong, uninterrupted fast connectivity to the customers. Simply put, if your internet connectivity is disrupted for 4 hours, then you will get one-day extra validity. On the other hand, if the internet connectivity is disrupted for 8 hours, then an additional validity of two days will be available.
Excitel introduced industry leading plan
Vivek Raina, Co-founder, and CEO, Excitel Broadband said, “We have introduced a 4-hour SLA promise to Excitel Fiber subscribers, which means that in case of a service disruption, we promise to resolve any type of issue in less than four hours. And if in any case, we are not able to do that, we will provide an extra day of service free of cost to the customer- that is one free day for every 4 hours of service disruption. This kind of SLA has never been offered in the broadband space in the country and is indicative of our commitment to provide trouble-free, consistent broadband service to our subscribers.”
The broadband company collaborated with Aprecomm AI in mid-2021 to remotely analyse and troubleshoot their wireline connections by facilitating real-time monitoring and insights to improve the performance of the fixed network. The broadband company also started giving streaming benefits if users subscribe to its 300Mbps broadband plan with 3 months validity.
For a month’s validity the company gives unlimited data with 100 Mbps, 200 Mbps, and 300 Mbps speed at Rs 699, Rs 849, and Rs 999 respectively. For three months’ validity, the ISP gives 100 Mbps, 200 Mbps, and 300 Mbps speed at Rs 1695, Rs 1914, and Rs 2256 respectively.
