    BSNL Revised Extra Validity on Rs 1,699 Annual Recharge Pack Under Diwali Festive Offer

    BSNL Customers will get additional benefits by recharging Rs 1,699 annual recharge pack on or before October 31, 2019

    State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has recently been attempting difficult to make strides its offering to draw in more subscribers on this Diwali festive. The “Diwali Mahadhamaka Plan” of Rs 1,699 which was announced by the company having benefits of Unlimited Local, STD calls including calls to Mumbai & Delhi circle, Unlimited National Roaming calls across the country, 100 SMS free per day, Mobile Internet of 2GB per day and Free BSNL Tunes with unlimited song change with a validity of 365 days. Now BSNL has revised the validity from 365 days to 455 days, it means if a customer will get an additional 90 days of subscription if recharging Rs 1,699 before October 31, 2019.

    Also, customers recharging with this amount in the month of October will receive an additional 1.5GB of data per day for the month of October. Usually, the plan provides 2GB per day mobile data along with 250 minutes per day of calling and 100 daily SMS messages. But now, with this offer, users will get 3.5GB daily data in the month of October. For the months of November and December, users will receive an additional 1 GB per day data, which will amount to 3GB of daily data during these two months.

    BSNL will also bundle up a free personalized ring back tone known as caller tunes with this offer, giving users the ability to change unlimited songs for 365 days. However, keep in mind that the Rs 1699 plan is a Deepavali festive offer and won’t be available after 31 October.

    The company has also declared to extend its Rs 1,199 prepaid plan for the subscribers for three more months. But this plan is currently restricted to New Subscribers only. For existing subscribers, BSNL offering other long term plans. The Rs 1,188 plan will be valid for 365 days from the date of recharge and bundles with 5GB of mobile internet data. The 5GB data can be consumed through the validity period of 365 days and the company not offering any daily data benefits.

    Though the company has mentioned 250 minutes of free calls, after which the calls will be charged as per the base plan, it might be beneficial to subscribers who are having less outgoing call usage. In addition, the company also offers 1200 SMS for the validity period.

    Since the announcement of IUC calls from Reliance Jio, BSNL is trying to win back their customer by bringing many offers in the market. The company has also recently announced its prepaid recharge voicer with the cheapest one of Rs 96 and bundled with free calls up to 250 minutes per day having 28 days of the validity period.
