The new MacBook Pro model has been launched by Apple. It will come in two screen sizes 14 inches and 16 inches. The 14-inch MacBook-Pro model costs $1,999. While the 16-inch model costs $2,499. Both the laptops have been made available for pre-order from today itself. While the shipment of these laptops will start from next week. Both these laptops can be ordered from the Apple online store. Its sale will start from October 26.
Apple MacBook Pro Specifications
The new MacBook Pro laptop has been introduced with the improved second-generation Apple Silicom processor support. It will get strong CPU performance. It will come with 10 CPU cores and twin graphics performance. They have been introduced with the support of 16 GPU cores and 64GB RAM. This chipset will come with 64GB RAM support.
The laptop will get 7Gbps speed with SSDs support. Apple MacBook-Pro will come in two screen sizes 14.2 inches and 16.2-inch screen size. Liquid Retina XDR display support has been given to the laptop. Which will come with Mini LED technology support. It will get a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. Apart from this, 7.7 million pixels have been given.
The MacBook Pro has a dynamic refresh rate function known as ProMotion. With its help, the refresh rate of the screen can be adjusted. The MacBook-Pro has a notch and a minimum bezel at the top. Also, a 1080p FaceTime camera cutout has been given.
The same Touch Bar has been removed. MagSafe charging has been supported again in MacBook Pro. For connectivity, an HDMI port has been supported in MacBook-Pro. To which the external display can be connected. A new macOS support has been given in the new chipset of MacBook Pro, which gives strong battery life with strong performance. The new operating system comes with a unified memory system and M1 Pro chipset support.
Both versions of the MacBook have 6 speaker sound, which will come with Dolby Atmos-enabled spatial audio support. The new chip-based MacBook-Pro laptop will support an improved Apple chip with 10,000 apps and plug-ins. Improved battery life has been given in the MacBook Pro laptop. Both these laptops have been introduced for the first time with fast charging support. Both these laptops have been introduced in Silver and Space Gray color options.
MacBook Pro with M1 Max and M1 Pro India price
In India, the MacBook Pro 14-inch and the MacBook Pro 16-inch will be available from October 26. Although as good as these laptops are, they are also pricey with the price of the MacBook Pro 14-inch starting in India from Rs 194,900 while the price of the MacBook Pro 16-inch starting from Rs 239,900.
Education pricing — students with a college ID are eligible — is lower at Rs 175,410 for the MacBook 14 and Rs 215,910 for the MacBook 16. As far as the configuration is concerned, both laptops will be available with M1 Pro or the M1 Max. The lowest configuration for the MacBook Pro 14 will have an 8-core CPU with 16GB RAM. In their highest configuration, the laptops will support 64GB RAM when paired with the M1 Max chipset.
