Interested users can visit Airtel’s website by entering their mobile number and email ID to check if they are eligible.

    Airtel Black Benefits

Airtel Black enables users to manage multiple bill payment dates, and navigate customer service IVRs, or interact with different service providers. The telco talks about connecting to customer service representatives and free service visits within 60 seconds of making a call. Airtel further notes that it does not disconnect TV service and allows customers to enjoy uninterrupted TV viewing due to DTH being offered as a billed service. Airtel Black allows users to customize the appropriate plans for each service and then bundle them together for billing.
