    Vivo Y52 5G with triple rear camera setup launched: Price, Specification

    The Vivo Y52 5G is said to be available in Graphite Black and Dream Glow color options. The Chinese tech company is yet to share its pricing details.

    Vivo has refreshed its Y-series with the new Vivo Y52 5G. The smartphone packs the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC that is designed to bring 5G connectivity to affordable smartphones. The same processor is available on Realme 8 5G that sells in India at a starting price of Rs 13,999. Currently, the Vivo Y52 5G is available in the European markets, and its global availability details remain unclear. Its triple rear cameras come inside a rectangular module that adopts a black finish. Notably, the screen has a waterdrop-style notch that carries the selfie camera.

    Vivo Y52 smartphone features a 6.58-inch touchscreen as its second display, with a resolution of 1080×2408 pixels. Vivo Y52 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Vivo Y52 runs Android 11 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Vivo Y52 supports proprietary fast charging.

    As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y52 on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera; a 2-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

    The Vivo Y52 runs Funtouch OS 11.1 is based on Android 11 and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card. The Vivo Y52 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.

    Connectivity options on the Vivo Y52 include Wi-Fi, GPS, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.

    The price of the Vivo Y52 5G smartphone has not been revealed. It is expected that the price of 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variants of this smartphone will be kept in the mid-budget range. Apart from this, it is also not known how long the Vivo Y52 5G smartphone will be introduced in the Indian market.

    Notably, the company introduced Vivo Y72 5G in March. The price of this smartphone is THB 9,999 i.e. around 23,999 rupees. The Vivo Y72 5G has a 6.58-inch Full HD Plus display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Which comes with the Waterdrop Notch design. This smartphone has been introduced on the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset.

    For power backup, it has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. This smartphone works on Android 11 OS and has a triple rear camera setup with LED flash. The phone has a 64MP primary sensor and 8MP ultra wide angle lens. While it has a 16MP front camera for video calling and selfie.
