ColorOS has the option of screen recording. This feature can help a lot especially in the online teaching of students. Also, Youtuber and the rest of the content creators can be comfortable with this. You are given the option to keep the front camera open during screen recording. Many types of options are given, including share of the video, edit of its screen sharing.
In ColorOS 11, users will get notifications in bubbles. It will be exactly like Facebook Messenger. With the introduction of this feature, it will be easier to do multitasking on the phone. Also, notifications can be split separately in the new operating system. This will not miss your important messages. Also, users can change the notification settings. Meaning, you will be able to set the Do not disturb setting in notifications.
In ColorOS 11, photos are shortened for quick sharing and editing. This means that now phones of photo editing will not have to install another app. Also, with the help of ColorOS11’s Nearby Share feature, you will be able to easily transfer files. Also, the option of permission is being given for the security of the photo, which is quite amazing.
ColorOS 11 will get an important feature in terms of security, in which the user can give permission to access the location for a fixed time. Meaning the permission in ColorOS 11 will auto-reset after some time. Android 11 will be able to set the Dark Mode as an alarm. Meaning you can set the dork mode from 7 pm in the evening to 5 pm the next day, which would be a good option.
For performance improvements, ColorOS 11 comes with UI First 2.0 that combines Oppo’s proprietary lag-reducing engine with Quantum Animation. This helps boost RAM utilisation by 45 percent, improving the response rate by 32 percent and the frame rate by 17 percent, according to Oppo. The custom skin also includes an AI App Preloading feature that is touted to use artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to learn user behaviour and preload the most-used apps. This helps reduce loading time of your favourite apps. However, it is unclear whether the feature is limited to certain apps, or if it can work with any of the installed apps.
ColorOS 11 also has a SuperTouch feature that optimizes the touch response speed by identifying user scenarios and improves the overall system fluency. There is also a new shortcut to App Lock to lock apps through a password, fingerprint, or facial verification.
