    OnePlus Watch to arrive early next year: CEO Pete Lau Announces

    China’s smartphone maker OnePlus is working on its first smartwatch OnePlus Watch. Many reports of this upcoming smartwatch have been leaked. Now the company’s CEO Pete Lau has revealed the launch of the OnePlus smartwatch. However, no information has been provided by the company about the launch date, price, and features of the smartwatch.

    OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has tweeted that all of you want OnePlus smartwatches, we are making one, which will be launched in the global market next year. Many of you said you wanted a watch, and as you might have heard over the weekend — we’re making one, to be released early next year. Wishes do come true.

    If you look at the recently surfaced photos, the OnePlus Watch will be given a round dial. This watch will work on the Wear OS operating system. Apart from this, information about the price and features of the OnePlus Watch is not yet available.

    Let us tell you that OnePlus introduced OnePlus 8T smartphone in India in October. The starting price of this phone is Rs 42,999. Talking about the specification, the OnePlus 8T smartphone works on the OxygenOS 11 operating system based on Android 11. This smartphone has a 6.55 inch Full HD Plus display, which has a resolution of 1,080×2,400 pixels. Also, Snapdragon 865 processor has been given for better performance in this phone. Apart from this, this device has got the support of Dual-SIM (Nano).

    The OnePlus 8T smartphone has a quad-camera setup, with the first being a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor, the second a 16MP Sony IMX481 wide-angle lens, the third a 5MP macro lens, and the fourth a 2MP monochrome lens. Also, a 16MP selfie camera has been given at the front of the phone.

    The company has given a 4,500mAh battery in OnePlus 8T, which supports a 65W fast charging feature. Apart from this, connectivity features such as 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth version 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port have been provided.
