Official cases for OnePlus 7T Pro series phones suggest upgraded rear camera systems for both phones. OnePlus 7T will get triple rear cameras.
We are approaching the middle of September and as suggested previously, OnePlus will be launching its first smart TV in the next few days. A lot of a great deal has been spoken about the OnePlus TV and it is expected that it will deliver on its promises. However, if you have been keeping a tab on the leaks, the T-series update to the OnePlus 7 series is also expected to launch soon, maybe alongside the OnePlus TV. And if you are curious about the phones, a lot of information has been spilled out.
The biggest change expected with the OnePlus 7T series phones is the camera. Previous leaks have suggested that OnePlus 7T will get a new triple camera system very similar to the setup from the OnePlus 7 Pro. The OnePlus 7T Pro will mostly retain the existing setup but is expected to gain a Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor for better depth sensing. This information was only available as a leak but now, it would be easier to believe in these claims.
Thanks to a bunch of leaked images from GizmoChina, we get to see the official cases for the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro. And these cases seem legitimate, given that they echo the case designs that you could get for the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. For the OnePlus 7T Pro, you will get to see Nylon and Carbon cases showing up all the cutouts for the cameras and ports, The Carbon case for the OnePlus 7T shows the new circular triple camera cutout as well.
This only assures that the previous renders of the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro were depicting an accurate design for these phones. The OnePlus 7T will gain a new triple camera system which will include a primary 48-megapixel camera along with a 16-megapixel camera and a 12-megapixel third camera. OnePlus will adopt the trend of going with massive camera cutout designs for the rear cameras as first seen on the Apple iPhone 11 Pro this year.
