The new prepaid tariff plans of Reliance Jio will be implemented across the country from 1 December 2021. This includes data plan unlimited plans as well as recharge plans for JioPhone. Earlier, the prices of tariff plans were increased by Airtel and Vi.
Reliance Jio has also increased the price of its tariff plan. Jio’s new tariff plans will be implemented across the country from December 1, 2021. This includes data plans, unlimited plans as well as JioPhone plans. Let us tell you that earlier the prices of tariff plans have been increased by Airtel and Vi. On the lines of Airtel and Vi, Reliance Jio has also announced an increase of about 20 to 25 percent in the prices of its plans.
While the prices of several Reliance Jio unlimited plans, one JioPhone plan, and data add-ons have been hiked, the benefits continue to remain the same. The most premium Rs. 2,399 will now be priced at Rs. 2,879, introducing a price hike of Rs. 480. The pack continues to offer 365 days validity, 2GB per day, unlimited voice calling, and 100 SMS per day benefits. Reliance Jio says that the new plans will come into effect from December 1.
Reliance Jio Rs 395 plan with 84 days validity
If you have access to Wi-Fi internet connection at your home and office and need a value for money plan for calls and SMS then considering the Rs 395 plan makes sense. With this plan you will get 6GB data for the entire 84 days duration, unlimited voice and 1000 SMS. If you do the maths, the cost comes down to around Rs 132 for 28 days. If you opt for a 28 days plan instead then you will have to pay Rs 155 for a similar benefit. Also, if you buy the new plan before December 1, you will get it for Rs 329.
Reliance Jio Rs 666 plan with 84 days validity
This plan offers 1.5GB of data per day along with unlimited voice and 100 SMS per day for 84 days. A plan with 28 days validity offering the same benefit now costs Rs 239. So, if you need data for browsing the internet then this plan offers more value than other options. Also, if you buy the new plan before December 1, you will get it for Rs 555, enabling you to save more money.
Reliance Jio Rs 719 plan with 84 days validity
This plan offers 2GB of data per day along with unlimited voice and 100 SMS per day for 84 days. If you buy this plan before December 1, you will get the same benefits for Rs 599. It is very similar to the above plan and only makes sense if you need slightly more data for social media usage and gaming. A plan with 28 days validity offering the same benefit now costs Rs 299.
Reliance Jio Rs 2,879 plan with 365 days validity
If you can afford the initial cost of Rs 2,879 then buying this plan will provide 2GB of data and 100 SMS per day along with unlimited voice. The effective monthly cost will stand around Rs 240. However, the plan offering the same benefits with 28-day validity will cost Rs 299.
Several other Jio unlimited plans with 56 days, 84 days, and 336 days validity will also see price hikes. See all the changed prepaid plan prices below:
All Jio unlimited plans come with unlimited voice calling benefits. The Rs. 129 prepaid plan will be priced at Rs. 155 and it bundles 2GB pre-month, 300 SMS messages for a validity of 28 days. The Rs. 149 prepaid plan will be priced at Rs. 179 and it offers 1GB per day, unlimited calling, and 100 SMS messages per day for a validity of 24 days. The Rs. 199 pack will be priced at Rs. 239 and it comes with a validity of 28 days, .5GB daily data benefit, unlimited voice, and 100 SMS messages per day.
An increase in the prices of data add-on plans of Reliance Jio has also been announced. Jio’s Rs 51 data add-on plan will come for Rs 61. 6 GB data is offered in this plan. The same data add-on plan of Rs 101 will come for Rs 121. 12 GB of data is being given in this plan. Whereas Jio’s 50 GB data plan has become Rs 301, which earlier used to come for Rs 251.
