BSNL offers DSL broadband plans starting at Rs 299. It recently regularised the Rs 449 Bharat Fibre broadband plan.
BSNL’s DSL broadband service is offering a plan of Rs 299, the special thing of which is that these customers get 100GB of data. However, it has very low speeds, only at 10Mbps. After the data consumption, the speed will drop to 2Mbps.

Notably, this broadband plan is available only for new users for six months, after which one will be transferred to the 200GB CUL plan, which costs Rs 399. According to an online report, this plan offers 200GB of data but works at the same 10Mbps speed.
The company also has other plans, which include Rs 555, Rs 779, Rs 949, and Rs 1,299. All these broadband plans also offer 10Mbps speed with 500GB, 779GB, 1100GB, and 1600GB data. Also, the Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) offers service over a public switched telephone network.
BSNL Bharat Fibre Rs 449 broadband plan
BSNL has regularised its Rs 449 basic broadband plan to all circles. The plan was initially available to users for six months after which users had to move to the Rs 599 plan. It has now been regularised and been made available in the country. The Fiber Basic 449 plan gives up to 30Mbps download speed till 3.3TB usage while Fiber Basic Plus 599 plan offers 60 Mbps download speed till 3.3TB usage. Both plans offer 2Mbps post FUP download speed and unlimited voice calls to any network without any additional cost.
Broadband Plans form Jio & Bharti Airtel
Apart from this, JioFiber and Airtel are offering XStream fiber broadband plans priced under Rs 500 with 30Mbps and 40Mbps speeds. JioFiber’s basic broadband plan priced at Rs 399 actually offers unlimited internet at 30Mbps speed. This plan also supports unlimited voice calling.
Airtel’s Xstream Fiber Basic plan is priced at Rs 499. It includes unlimited internet with speeds up to 40Mbps. The plan also offers additional benefits including a free subscription to Airtel Xstream, Wynk Music, Shaw Academy, Voot Basic subscription, Eros Now, Hungama Play, Shemaroo M, and Ultra among others.
Tata Sky also has broadband plans and the price starts at Rs 649, which is the basic 50Mbps plan. This is a monthly plan and does not include a landline connection. With this broadband plan, users get unlimited internet.
