Airtel, Jio and Vodafone Idea have increased the price of all prepaid plans by 20 to 25 percent. But to compete with these three telecom companies, the state-owned telecom company BSNL has introduced Rs 94 prepaid plan.
BSNL Rs 94 Prepaid Plan: The ongoing tariff hike trend in the telecom sector in the country is hidden from nobody. Almost all the leading telecom providers, including Airtel, Vodafone India, and Reliance Jio, have already announced their respective tariff hikes in India. Leveraging this ongoing development, BSNL has also announced a new plan, albeit one which will bring smiles to the consumers’ faces. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has named the plan STV_94 and, as the name suggests, the plan would cost the consumers Rs 94 only.
BSNL Rs 94 plan
With BSNL Rs 94 plan, the company is offering 3GB of mobile internet data. Along with this users will be getting 100 minutes of free calling, and post consumption of free minutes the user will be charged at 30 paise per minute. The validity of this prepaid plan is of 75 Days.
Apart from the calling and validity benefits, the users will also be getting FREE BSNL Tunes which will be valid for 60 days from the date of recharge.
Prepaid Plan of Rs 75 from Jio and Airtel
Reliance Jio offers a validity of 24 days in a Rs 75 prepaid plan which is exclusive for JioPhone users. Along with this, the company is offering daily 100 MB mobile internet data and an additional 200 MB extra data. On a cumulative basis, the company is offering 2.5 GB of mobile internet data for 24 days. All outgoing calls to any network across India will be free and 50 SMS are being provided with this plan.
With this, Reliance Jio is also offering free access to Jio TV, Jio Cinema, Jio Security, and the Jio Cloud platform.
Bharti Airtel does not have any recharge plan of Rs 75. With the recent prepaid plan revision, Airtel’s minimum and lowest prepaid plan start from Rs 99. This offers a validity of 28 days and a Talktime of Rs 99, 200 MB data and 100 SMS are being provided to the user.
