The new Rs 222 plan of Reliance Jio data pack includes Free Disney+ Hotstar along with 15GB of high-speed data that will be valid for the duration of the subscriber’s base plan.
Reliance Jio (Jio) is reportedly offering a new Rs. 222 plan with complimentary annual VIP subscription of the Disney+ Hotstar service to select subscribers. This plan has introduced primarily for existing annual subscribers that do not get the annual Disney+ Hotstar subscription benefit.
Earlier this month, Jio started giving a one-year subscription of Disney+ Hotstar VIP to all prepaid users who recharge their accounts with Rs. 401 plan, Rs. 2,599 plan, and select 4G data vouchers. The Rs 222 plan has introduced as an offer for all existing annual consumers who already enjoy talk time, data, and SMS benefits, but do not have the newly introduced Disney+ Hotstar benefit.
The benefit of this recharge plan will be given to the same customers, who will be recharging Jio annually for one year. Customers will be able to get this annual subscription along with the existing plan. To activate the Disney + Hotstar VIP subscription, the customer must download the Disney + Hotstar app. After this, you will be able to log in using OTP by entering the Jio number. Currently, Disney + Hotstar VIP has an annual subscription of Rs 399. On the other hand, the monthly subscription of Disney + Hotstar Premium is Rs 299 and the annual plan is Rs 1499.
Other Plans offering Disney + Hotstar Free Subscription
Jio is already offering a subscription of Disney + Hotstar on a monthly plan of 401 rupees and an annual plan of 2599 rupees. Having said this, in the monthly plan of 401 rupees, 28 days validity is available, in which 90GB data is available. It has 6GB of additional data with 3GB fast data per day. Apart from this, Jio will get Jio unlimited calling facility. It will get 1000 minutes for non-Jio users. Also, customers can send 100 SMS per day for free.
Jio’s 2599 plan will get 365 days of validity. In this, 100 SMS can be sent daily with unlimited calling for a year. Along with this, 12,000 minutes will be given for calling on the non-Jio network. On this plan, a total of 720GB data will be given by Jio. Out of this, 2GB fast data is being offered daily. Apart from this, 10GB additional data will be given. A complimentary subscription of the Jio App is being given with these two plans.
Apart from the all-rounder prepaid plans, Jio is also providing a free subscription to Disney+ Hotstar with some of the top-up plans. The add-on plans are priced at Rs 612, Rs 1004, Rs 1206, and Rs 1208.
