    Oppo Band Launched With Heart Rate Monitor, AMOLED Display

    Oppo Band starting a price range of Rs 2,600. The company claims a 14-day battery backup and 100 percentage full charge in 1.5 hours

    Oppo has launched the smart band Oppo Band in China. Oppo Band has launched in China as the latest wearable offering from the Chinese giant. This smart band will be available in three variants including Vanilla, Fashion Edition, and EVA Edition. The Fashion Edition band has a stainless steel body and will also support NFC, while the Vanilla variant has a plastic body. At the same time, EVA Edition comes with a unique strap, inspired by anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion.

    Oppo Band

    Oppo Band is available at a price of CNY 199 (roughly Rs. 2,100). It is also available in three color variants as in Black and Pink color options. The wearable is already on sale in China. The Fashion Edition is available at a price of CNY 249 (roughly Rs. 2,600), and this model comes in Black and Gold color options. Lastly, the EVA Edition is priced at CNY 299 (roughly Rs. 3,100). The Fashion Edition and the EVA Edition are up for pre-orders on the company site.

    Specifications of Oppo band has a 1.1-inch AMOLED display which is touch. It has a 2.5D curved glass on the display. The band offers 12 sports modes ranging from outdoor running to cycling. This band will be fully charged in 1.5 hours and a 14-day backup has been claimed regarding its battery.

    It has support for Bluetooth v5 which will work with both Android and iOS. The Band series comes with 5ATM water resistance that means it can survive in up to 50 meters of water. The wearables come with a SpO2 sensor for blood oxygen monitoring, and a heart rate sensor as well. The fitness band is said to be capable of counting steps, calories burnt, and sleep monitoring as well. It offers over 160 watch faces and supports notifications from apps, calls, messages, and social media platforms. Other features include music controls, weather, alarm, Find My Phone.
