    WhatsApp may soon introduce group polling feature

    WhatsApp can introduce a great feature for its users very soon. The name of this feature will be Group Polling Feature. After the introduction of this feature, the method of group chat on WhatsApp can change to a great extent.

    Meta owned WhatsApp keeps on bringing new features to its users to make the app more user friendly. Once again preparing some such features of WhatsApp. WhatsApp is reportedly working on a new feature that will give users the option to start tech polls in group chats. WhatsApp will very soon give you the option to type poll questions in the group. At present, you get to see this option only in rival chat apps like Telegram and Twitter.

    WhatsApp group polling feature

    According to an online report, you will soon be allowed to type poll questions in group chats on WhatsApp. The feature is already available on rival chat app Telegram and even Twitter. The report states that WhatsApp may also roll out this feature for its userbase. A screenshot has also been shared in this report, which shows the poll option feature on iOS. This app was seen on v2.22.6.70 beta and is not yet available to all beta testers.

    WhatsApp group polling feature

    All users must note that this feature will only be available for its groups, which are end to end encrypted. Therefore, only the group members will be able to see the polls and its result, the report added.

    New Interface for Voice calling

    The company is also working on a new interface for voice calling for some beta Android users. The new interface will be rolled out to both Android and iOS users but is currently being tested with beta Android users. Voice calls will have a new interface while making voice calls.

    WhatsApp group polling feature

    References to the design change were already found in the last beta update for real-time voice waveform iOS and Android users for voice calls. The new voice call interface will come with a rounded gray square at the front and center. It will also have the contact name, number, and profile picture. The company is also planning to introduce real-time voice waveforms for calls, which will allow the caller to know who is talking.

    With this app, you can get your bank balance details in a few seconds. The company had joined hands with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for WhatsApp payments. Under this, the support of more than 227 banks is available. Users only get the facility to transfer and receive money in WhatsApp Payments. But now, users will also check their bank balance through this feature.
