HMD Global has launched a new 5G phone in the budget price category. Called the Nokia X100 5G, the smartphone comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor and has a 48MP quad camera setup on the back.
HMD Global recently launched a new budget 5G phone Nokia X100. The new phone comes with the same features as the Nokia X20, Nokia X10, and Nokia XR20, but the latest phone has been launched at a lower cost. HMD is busy launching 5G phones and most of them come at affordable prices so that customers can access 5G at no cost. Since the Nokia X100 is a budget phone, the performance and other specifications are the best.
If you are looking for the availability of the Nokia X100 in India, then you will be disappointed to know that HMD has launched this phone exclusively for the US. This means that only US customers can purchase through T-Mobile and Metro carriers. This has happened before. The Nokia 8.3 5G was the first phone from HMD Global to be launched exclusively in the US market. HMD hasn’t said anything about whether it plans to sell the phone outside the US.

Nokia X100 Specifications
The Nokia X100 looks similar to the Nokia G300 and shares the processor that HMD recently launched. It uses an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor, which is the entry model in the company’s 5G chip lineup but is still as powerful as a mid-range chipset. The Nokia X100 sports a 6.67-inch full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Inside, the phone packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which you can expand further up to 1TB if needed.
This Nokia X100 phone will be the hub of your entertainment world. With a large Full HD+ display to watch it all in glorious detail, immersive sound with Nokia’s OZO Audio technology, and super-fast streaming with 5G, the Nokia X100 delivers entertainment the way it’s meant to be.
In the camera department, the X100 has a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies, the phone has a 16-megapixel shooter inside a punch-hole design on the display. The phone has a 4470mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging through the bundled charger. Nokia X100 runs Android 11, which is a little disappointing because Android 12 is already available for phones now. The X100 also has OZO Audio technology that makes audio and video recording a lot better. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
