    BSNL has announced changes in its long-term prepaid plans. This change will be implemented across the country from today ie 1st June 202. In this case, users will get the benefit of more data daily in this plan.

    A change in the prepaid plan of Rs 499 has been announced by the government-owned telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). This change will be implemented across the country from today i.e. from 01st June 2021. With this change, users will get the benefit of more data daily in this plan. Also, there are no changes in other features of this plan for more data from the telco. By saying this, users will get 2GB of data per day instead of 1GB in the plan of Rs 499 from today. The validity of this plan is 90 days. Let us know in detail about this plan.

    According to an online report, BSNL’s Rs 499 plan comes with a validity of 90 days. Till now, 1GB of data was offered to the users in this plan. But from today 2GB data will be offered to the users in Rs 499 plan. Apart from this, users will continue to enjoy unlimited calling in this plan as before, which will be especially for Delhi and Mumbai. At the same time, 100SMS will be available daily for messaging. Apart from this, you will be able to get a free subscription to Zing Music.

    Notably, the offer is only applicable for new subscribers recharging Rs 499 Prepaid plan on or after 01-Jun-2021. If you have already recharged the prepaid plan of Rs 499 before May 31, then you will not get the benefit of 2GB of data per day. On recharge before May 31, 1GB data will continue to be available as before.

    New Broadband Plan Launched for Andaman and Nicobar circle

    Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has also introduced a new Rs 499 broadband plan for Andaman and Nicobar circle that offers 10Mbps download speed up to 40GB with a post FUP download speed of 512Kbps. The plan is applicable for all new BSNL fiber broadband customers for six months after which they are migrated to the 150GB plan. All BSNL users — new and existing — can subscribe to the revised broadband plans in Andaman and Nicobar circle. There are seven FTTH and five DSL broadband plans. Regular users can opt for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited promotional broadband plans till July 2021. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has also launched Air FIbre Plans separately.

    BSNL vouchers under Rs 100

    BSNL recently revised vouchers under Rs 100. The Rs 98 special tariff voucher from BSNL gives 2GB of data per day after which the speed is reduced to 40 Kbps. There is also a Rs 97 prepaid plan that BSNL offers with 2GB daily data which is reduced to 80 Kbps when data is exhausted. The plan also gives unlimited calls with 100 SMS and Lokhun content. BSNL is also giving a Rs 99 plan that gives 22 days of unlimited voice calls.
