Let’s know everything from its price to features in detail.

Vivo V20 has been launched in the Indian market in two storage variants. The base variant of the phone has 128GB internal storage with 8GB of RAM and is priced at Rs 24,990. The 8GB + 256GB storage model is priced at Rs 27,990. Users can buy it in Midnight Zez, Sunset Melody, and Midnight Sonata Color variants. The cell phone will start from October 20 and pre-booking has started for this.

    Vivo V20: Specifications

Vivo V20 uses Android 11 OS with dual SIM support. It has a 6.44-inch full HD + AMOLED display. Its screen resolution is 1,080 x 2,400 pixels. The Vivo V20 has a 44MP front camera with autofocus for video calling and selfie. The phone has a triple rear camera setup. The primary sensor of the phone is 64MP. While it has an 8MP secondary sensor and 2MP mono sensor.

The Vivo V20 has a 4,000mAh battery for power backup which comes with 33W flashcharge fast charging support. As connectivity features, it has 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type C port. At the same time, you will get an in-display fingerprint sensor for security in the phone.

In terms of software, the Vivo V20 is one of the few smartphones to run Android 11 out of the box. Vivo ships the V20 with Funtouch OS 11 running on top of Android 11, and my unit had the September Android security patch. The UI felt familiar and easy to use. Three-button navigation is enabled by default but you do have the option to switch to swipe gestures.

The camera setup on the Vivo V20 consists of a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.89 aperture, an 8-megapixel super-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel mono camera. On the front, it has a 44-megapixel shooter with ‘Eye Autofocus’ which the company says will help capture crisp selfies. The Vivo V series is known for its selfie-focused smartphones, so it’ll be interesting to see how the V20 performs.

If you are curious about the battery capacity, you’ll be happy to know that Vivo has managed to pack in a 4,000mAh battery. While this is smaller than some of the other smartphones I’ve tested recently, it can still be considered average for a modern smartphone. You also get a 33W FlashCharge USB Type-C quick charger in the box.
